Minnies Food Enterprise was established in 1993 and is based in Durban, South Africa. Minnies specialises in the manufacture of Sauces, Condiments and Marinade & Bastings for the Retail and HORECA (HOtels | REstaurants | CAtering) Markets both in South Africa and for Export.

Minnies is Halal certified and is FSSC 22000 certified. The company is audited annually by Intertek, and its premises is certified by the Department of Health. Food Safety is our Priority and Your Right. Minnies has registered as a participant in the CONSUMER GOODS AD INDUSTRY OMBUD Scheme in terms of clause 4.2 of the Consumer Goods & Services Industry Code.

Minnies has worked on many different projects with customers in South Africa and abroad. In doing so we have gained a lot of experience … and ultimately became experts in our products and offerings. Research and Development, Food Preparations, New Menus, Cost Saving Exercises, Product Flavour Enhancements & Private Branding.
